Hi, I'm Stephan.
SEO/ AI Search Expert and Founder of Boost it.
I come from high-growth, performance-driven environments and founded Boost it with a clear belief: organic growth must be structured, measurable, and integrated into the business, not treated as a marketing experiment.
I work closely with CEOs, CMOs, and leadership teams as a sparring partner, not a vendor. The focus is always the same: clarity, accountability, and growth that compounds.
Boost it exists to remove guesswork from organic search and to replace it with systems that work.

I have a background in Management & Economics and joined Rocket Internet in 2013.
I grew up in a family running a shoe retail business, which gave me early exposure to entrepreneurship, retail economics, and operational reality.
Driven by a growing interest in digital marketing, I helped transform this family business from a pure brick-and-mortar retailer into an omnichannel company. We scaled online sales, expanded into marketplaces, and kickstarted B2C activities for well-known footwear brands such as Rieker, Remonte, and Tamaris.
Along the way, I didn’t just learn marketing. I gained hands-on experience in retail operations, management, shop technology, and e-commerce at scale. The company was eventually sold to a competitor.
Curiosity kept pushing me forward. I later co-founded a niche startup selling automotive parts for VW old- and youngtimer buses - a focused project with strong contribution margins and a clear product-market fit.
What I consistently enjoyed most, however, was working with startups and scale-ups from my network: helping shape products, build growth foundations, and turn ideas into scalable digital businesses.
That’s why I founded Boost it: to apply my experience in building, operating, and scaling digital products from scratch, and to help ambitious teams grow with structure, clarity, and measurable impact.
